"The Russian border guards do not allow the representatives of the EU mission to the Nerkin-And village, where the military tension with Azerbaijan arose," Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan told journalists, APA reports citing Armenia Today.
"There really is such a problem. We have been informed about this problem and we will bring this to the attetion of the Russian side," Grigoryan said.
The Secretary of the Security Council clarified that this is the only part of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border where the Russian border guards do not allow the representatives of the European Union monitoring mission there.
