Russia-US talks on annoyances mark beginning of expert discussions — Kremlin

The negotiations between Russia and the US on annoyances in their relations, announced by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, represent the start of a conversation at the expert level, as agreed upon by the two countries in Riyadh, Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has told the media, APA reports citing TASS.

"We are talking about the beginning of expert-level conversation through the foreign ministries, as agreed by our delegations in Riyadh. This is the dialogue about annoyances and, primarily, about unblocking the operations of the diplomatic missions of both countries," Peskov said.

Earlier, Ryabkov said that talks between Russia and the United States on annoyances in bilateral relations would be held at the end of next week at the level of heads of foreign ministries’ departments.
