Dmitry Polyansky, Moscow's First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, said that Russia remains committed to fulfilling its contractual obligations for the supply of grain to buyers, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Speaking at a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine, Polyansky emphasized Russia's determination to continue assisting developing countries and providing grain to those in need.
This statement comes in the wake of an attack on the Crimean Bridge, which resulted in the deaths of two civilians and the injury of a child. In response to this incident, Moscow decided to halt its participation in the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
