The charge d'affaires of Armenia was summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
She noted that "odious" publications about the Russian leadership, diplomats, and peacekeepers - who risk and even sacrifice their lives for the safety of the Armenian people - were brought to the attention of the Armenian diplomat.
The inadmissibility of the anti-Russia campaign carried out in the mass media of Armenia, including the Public TV, which is under the control of the government, and telegram channels, was brought to the attention of the charge d'affaires.
"I am sure that the Armenian side is aware of what the conversation is about," the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized.
