"Russia wants to deepen and normalize relations with Armenia within the CSTO and welcomes cooperation in any format," said Rodion Miroshnik, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large, APA reports, citing Sputnik Armenia.
He also commented on Armenia's potential membership in the European Union:
"In this case, the feasibility of Armenia's EU membership and whether this process aligns with the country's interests should be considered. As Russia, we have always stated that we do not intend to interfere in the internal affairs of any country, including Armenia."
