Russia’s response to Ukraine’s strike on St. Petersburg will be systematic, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA’s Russia bureau reports.
He recalled the statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry and emphasized that it noted Moscow’s response measures would be systematic in nature.
The Russian president’s press secretary stated that commenting on the information regarding the Ukrainian drone attack on St. Petersburg falls within the authority of the regional authorities and the Ministry of Defense.
Recall that the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum began its work today. On the first day of the forum, Ukraine carried out a drone attack on the city and the Leningrad region.
The St. Petersburg Oil Terminal and port infrastructure in Kronstadt were hit.
