Russia has charged Telegram co-founder Pavel Durov with aiding terrorist activities, the Public Relations Center of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said in a statement, TASS reports.
According to the statement, the procedure to place Pavel Durov on the international wanted list has been initiated.
