Russia is ready for dialogue on strategic stability, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary for Kremlin, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

According to Peskov, Moscow is ready for dialogue on strategic stability, however, it should not take place in the manner of delivering a lecture from one side to the other.

"Currently, there is no initial condition for the dialogue on this issue. Although, the dialogue is unequivocally significant. It cannot be implemented in the regime of one party lecturing the other. We will not apply such a regime. But we believe that this dialogue is extremely important and for sure we are ready to start it”, the Spokesperson said.

Note that the White House said Russia's withdrawal from the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe was disappointing, and according to National Security Council strategic communications coordinator John Kirby, Moscow left Washington no choice other than to leave the Treaty.
