Finland and Sweden are deploying NATO's military infrastructure on their territories, said the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, while commenting on Finnish President Alexander Stubb's remarks about the need to "mentally prepare" for the restoration of ties with Russia, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
In his words, Russia is open to any country that wants to normalize relations: "President Putin has repeatedly said that our country is open to normalizing relations with those who want it. We have had no problems with Finland and Sweden. However, now they are dragging NATO's military infrastructure onto their territories."
