By the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Igor Titov has been appointed as the new Consul of the Russian Federation in the city of Gyumri, Armenia, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
Titov served as the head of the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Japan from 2019 to 2023 and the president of the "Russia-Japan Society" All-Russian Public Organization from 2024 to 2025.
He was also the leader of the advanced group for the establishment of the Russian Consulate General in the city of Kapan, Armenia.
