Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that "questions will soon arise" regarding Ukraine's statehood after its counteroffensive "failed", APA reports citing TeleTrader.
He also criticized the Ukrainian leadership, claiming that the war "could have ended a long time ago" if Kyiv agreed to negotiate.
Putin also reiterated his opposition to the peace formula created by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying that its existence rules out negotiations.
