Kirill Dmitriev, the Special Representative of the President of Russia, was seen in the French capital one day after meetings between delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and EU countries, French newspaper "Le Monde" writes, APA's Russian bureau reports, citing the "ЕЖ" (formerly Brief) telegram channel.
According to the publication, on January 7, the Special Representative of the President of Russia visited the U.S. Embassy located near the Élysée Palace.
It should be noted that on January 6, a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" was held in Paris. At the meeting, a Declaration of Security Guarantees for Ukraine was signed.
