He emphasized that the meeting lasted for a long time.
Putin noted that during the negotiations, they had to review every point of the peace proposals.
Putin stressed that Russia had proposed that Ukraine withdraw its troops from Donbass and refrain from launching military operations, but Kyiv prefers to continue fighting.
“Russia will in any case liberate Donbass and Novorossiya — by military or other means…,” the Russian President warned.
