The Russian army has crossed the state border in Kursk region and entered Ukrainian territory, said Russian President Vladimir Putin, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
Putin said that he was informed about the crossing of the state border with Ukraine by Russian Armed Forces' soldiers in Kursk region an hour ago.
He also said that the Russian army was attacking along the entire front.
The Russian president has also commented on Ukraine's drone attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
Putin said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were unable to independently launch an attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium facility in the Krasnodar Territory.
The Russian president emphasized that Western countries were assisting Ukraine in this matter.
According to him, Kyiv receives satellite intelligence data solely from Western countries.
Putin saw a connection between the attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium and the EU's new sanctions: "The attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium resembles coordinated actions with Europe. This attack will lead to the steady increase in energy prices on the world markets, which is not in line with the interests of consumers."
