Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that Moscow could end up greenlighting the further extension of the grain agreement, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Speaking on air at Rossiya 24, the head of state underlined, however, that this will only happen "when the promises given to us are fulfilled." Otherwise, Moscow might suspend the deal until its wishes have been met, Putin warned.
Previously, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan shared that Ankara was in the process of assessing suggestions on the extension of the Black Sea Grain Initiative made by Russia and Putin himself.
