The attacks carried out by Kyiv were aimed at disrupting the talks in Istanbul, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while commenting on the terrorist attacks in the Kursk and Bryansk regions, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, this was done deliberately to disrupt the talks in Istanbul.
The Russian President called the Ukrainian authorities a terrorist organization.
Putin noted that Moscow is not surprised by Kyiv's refusal to accept a humanitarian ceasefire.
He said that he would discuss Ukraine at the next meeting of the Security Council.
