Armenia has not yet announced its intention to withdraw from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president said, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, the CSTO is an independent, mature, adult organization that has proven its effectiveness and relevance: "Work is ongoing in the organization. So far, Armenia has not declared its intention to withdraw from this organization," Peskov stressed.
The Kremlin spokesman also noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss Armenia's work within the CSTO during his last telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
