"Armenia is not leaving the CIS," Russian President Vladimir Putin told a briefing on the outcomes of meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State in Bishkek, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
He noted that he had a phone talk with the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“We had a phone talk with Pashinyan and discussed the upcoming CIS summit," Putin said.
Putin called Pashinyan's reasons for not participating in the CIS summit reasonable.
