The high-level meeting between the Russian President and Hungarian Prime Minister has started, APA reports citing Sputnik International.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrived in Moscow on Friday to hold a high-level meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Earlier today, Orban’s spokesperson confirmed the PM’s visit. The leaders are expected to discuss bilateral cooperation and some of the most pressing issues in the international arena.
The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the parties would particularly discuss the situation in Ukraine.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has arrived in Moscow and will hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Orban's spokesman Bertalan Havasi said on Friday, APA reports citing Sputnik International.
"As part of the peace mission, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán arrived in Moscow. The head of government will meet with President Vladimir Putin," Havasi said.
The Hungarian Prime Minister's visit was not announced in advance by either Russia or Hungary, although rumors about it have leaked to the press. PM Orbán has come to the Russian capital after he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv.
