A protest is being held in front of the Georgian Embassy in Armenia against the obstacles to import transportation from Armenia, APA reports, citing Sputnik-Armenia.
The reason for this is cited as Georgian border guards creating obstacles under the pretext of inspecting vehicles belonging to importers from Armenia and the cargo they are carrying.
Protesters have stated that these cargoes are intended for transit purposes.
It is noted that currently, dozens of cargo trucks are waiting at the Armenia-Georgia border checkpoint.
