The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office seeks to confiscate expensive property and other assets of Artak Davtyan, the former chief of the Armenian military’s General Staff, APA reports citing Armenian Press.
Prosecutors have asked the Anti-Corruption Court to allow the forfeiture of six properties worth 545,682,000 drams and 97,371,000 drams from the ex-army chief and his associates, accusing him of illicit enrichment.
Davtyan led the army’s General Staff from May 2018 to June 2020 and again from March 2021 to February 2022.
