Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia seeks confiscation of Tsarukyan’s assets worth over AMD 105.8 billion

According to Aysor.am, the Prosecutor General's Office is seeking the confiscation of the following assets from Gagik Tsarukyan and his associates:

75 real estate properties, including 52 apartments in Yerevan’s Nor Nork district, five apartments on Abovyan Street, 11 apartments in Kotayk Province, and other properties.
10 properties with market value.
42 vehicles.

Stakes in 38 legal entities, including Multi Group Concern LLC, Multi Avtotrans LLC, Onira Club LLC, and other companies.

The monetary claim sought by the Prosecutor General’s Office amounts to AMD 105,865,865,226.

Koryun Serobyan, Head of the Prosecutor General’s Office’s Department for the Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property, also recalled that the court had granted the Prosecutor General’s Office’s motion to transfer the management of Araratcement CJSC to the state as an interim measure to secure the claim.
