There is a personnel crisis and a shortage of human resources in Armenia, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a government meeting, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
He mentioned that highly qualified personnel prefer to work in companies operating within the country or in foreign countries for higher salaries, rather than holding positions in the government.
Pashinyan noted that Armenia is facing a personnel crisis and a shortage of human resources due to the lack of schools and kindergartens in 70% of the country's territory.
