Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan - Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchibek Tashiyev has been dismissed from his post, APA reports, citing Kyrgyz media.
President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree on this.
Japarov explained this decision by the desire to prevent division in society.
"First of all, I made this decision in the interests of our state, in order to prevent division in society, including between state institutions, and to strengthen unity," - Press Secretary Asgat Alagozov quoted the President as saying.
Note that Kamchibek Tashiyev was appointed Chairman of the State National Security Committee in October 2020.
