Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on Wednesday that President Vladimir Putin has no intention to change the status of the "military operation" in Ukraine, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"It remains a special military operation. And it continues," Peskov told reporters, answering whether there are plans to change the name or status of the war.
On the other hand, Peskov added that from another point of view, it was a "human rights" operation aimed at protecting "the rights of the inhabitants of Donbass."
