"The withdrawal of the Russian military base from Armenia is not under discussion," the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, APA reports.
The Prime Minister stated that discussions are being held with Russia and the CSTO on other matters, and Yerevan wants to understand the root causes of the current situation.
"The member countries did not react to Baku's actions in 2021-2022. Despite the CSTO charter requiring a response when a member or ally's territory is attacked, this did not happen. This has raised questions in the government and society," he stated.
