Giving up the claim that Karabakh is separate from Azerbaijan might have prevented the war, said Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan while responding to the questions of the journalists at the next meeting of an investigative commission investigating 44-day at Armenian Parliament, APA reports.
According to him, it was theoretically possible for military operations not to start.
Pashinyan noted that if the Armenian side had considered the option of Karabakh being a part of Azerbaijan during the negotiations, the 44-day war could have been prevented.
