The Armenian Church is infected and needs reform to recover, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a video address on Facebook regarding his election program, APA reports.
“The solution to the problem of forming a value-based spiritual life requires reform in the Armenian Church as a vital step,” the Prime Minister noted.
The “roadmap” presented by Pashinyan envisages the removal of the de facto head of the church and the election of a new Catholicos.
