Russia has informed the United States about the necessity of evacuating diplomats from Kyiv, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
He noted that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov explained to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio what caused Russia’s decision to strike Kyiv.
Ryabkov also said that there is currently no agreement regarding visits of US representatives to Russia.
According to him, Russia does not refuse dialogue with the United States. The Russian deputy foreign minister emphasized that high-level contacts depend on the American side.
