Russian forces have initiated active combat operations along the entire front, and it is possible to consider Ukraine's counteroffensive as having come to an end, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said in a meeting of the Security Council, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"For the past several days, Russian forces have seemingly initiated active combat operations along virtually the entire front line. Consequently, it may be deemed that Ukraine's purported counteroffensive operation has now concluded," the Russian diplomat emphasized in his speech at the convened meeting, summoned upon Moscow's initiative, the provision of arms by Western countries to Ukraine.
