The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs hopes that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will participate in the informal meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to be held in Saint Petersburg, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, APA reports.
"Invitations have been sent to everyone. Today is still December 16, and the meeting will take place a little later. We hope that all invited persons, including Nikol Pashinyan, will come to Saint Petersburg. We believe in this, and we will see what happens next," Galuzin said.
