The new phase of violence in Syria is deeply worrying, this was stated in a statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
It was noted that the Russian side is particularly concerned about reports of unacceptable cases of brutal reprisals against civilians: "Moscow considers attacks on the life and safety of civilians unacceptable. The Russian side has repeatedly assessed Israel's arbitrary military actions in Syria."
Official Moscow believes that these attacks, which demonstrate a gross violation of the country's sovereignty and international law, should be sharply condemned.
