The number of people poisoned at a boarding house in the Leninsky District of the Moscow Region has risen to 30, with one person dead and 27 hospitalized, regional Ministry of Health press service said, APA reports.
"The number of injured at the boarding house has risen to 30, including one fatality. Twenty-seven people have been hospitalized in Moscow region hospitals; their condition is assessed as moderate to serious," reads a statement published on the ministry's Telegram channel.
It is emphasized that the victims are receiving all necessary medical assistance.
The Investigative Committee previously opened a criminal case for providing unsafe services in connection with the poisoning. The agency reported three deaths.
