The normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan opens up wide perspectives for many countries outside the region, said Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu during his meeting with Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Astana, where they discussed regional issues, APA reports.
