Moscow has still not received a response from Washington to President Vladimir Putin’s initiative to extend the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START), said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, the Kremlin is certainly awaiting a response to Putin’s initiative.
“We consider this a very important issue. A more favorable treaty would be necessary for everyone, but reaching such a treaty is a very complex and time-consuming process,” the Kremlin’s official representative emphasized.
