Russia may agree to hold trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine in Azerbaijan if Baku ensures the safety of all participants, said First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov, APA reports.
Dzhabarov described Azerbaijan as a “normal place” and noted the good relations between Moscow and Baku.
“If Azerbaijan is ready to ensure the safety of all participants in the talks, I believe that members of our negotiating group can calmly travel to Azerbaijan,” the senator noted.
