“The possible transfer of nuclear weapons to Kyiv by London and Paris would constitute a gross violation of all norms and principles of international law,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
Commenting on information released by Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Peskov said that such a decision would pose a threat to the entire nuclear non-proliferation regime and would be taken into account during negotiations concerning Ukraine.
Earlier today, the SVR claimed that the United Kingdom and France are preparing to secretly provide Ukraine with nuclear weapons.
