Russia believes that Armenia's rhetoric in regards to CSTO is ultimate and offensive, the Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova said in a briefing she held today, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
Moscow is concerned about the Armenian leadership's ultimatum and sometimes offensive rhetoric regarding CSTO.
"At the same time, we have never cast doubt on any country's sovereign right to determine its foreign policy course. This is exactly the case for CSTO as well. Armenia continuing its current course might deal an irrevocable damage to the existing alliance relations between Moscow and Yerevan," the Ministry Spokesperson stressed.
