The next Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Foreign Ministers will be held in Minsk on April 12 of next year, Sergey Lebedev, the General Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) said about this at the general meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers that was being held in Bishkek, APA reports.
