Vladimir Medinsky, Assistant to Russian President Vladimir Putin and head of the Russian delegation, confirmed on February 18 that a delegation from Ukraine was present at a closed-door two-hour meeting in Geneva, APA reports, citing Izvestia.

The third round of negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine ended on the same day. As on the previous day, the meeting was held behind closed doors. The head of the Russian delegation called the negotiations between the Russian, American and Ukrainian sides difficult, but businesslike. He recalled that the negotiations lasted for two days, and the meeting on February 18 lasted about two hours.
