The terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow occurred at peak time, says the investigation materials obtained by the TASS agency, APA reports.
According to the documents, the terrorists began shooting as soon as they approached the building. They shot people without distinguishing between men and women. One of the attackers immediately emptied his seven-round magazine.
The materials also state that the gunmen opened fire on people trying to enter the concert hall at the entrance to the building.
After entering, the terrorists not only attacked people with guns, but also with knives and machine gun butts.
It should be noted that 149 people died as a result of the terrorist attack on March 22 last year.
After the terrorist attack, four perpetrators - Muhammadsobir Fayzov, Dalerjon Mirzoyev, Saidakrami Rajabelizadeh and Shamsaddin Fariduni - were detained in the Bryansk region of Russia and brought to Moscow. According to the investigation, all of them were members of the "Vilayati-Khorasan" group, which is part of ISIS.
