Mutvali Shikhlinsky said that he was released after being detained with his father.
Mutvali Shikhlinsky said that his father was taken to the Sverdlovsk Regional Department of the Russian Investigative Committee.
According to him, his father was involved in the investigation as a witness in the criminal case related to the death of the Safarovs.
