"We are developing relations with all of our neighbors which have been given to us by history and geography. We want to have normal relationships with all of our neighbors. We do our utmost in order to help to resolve the current problems between Armenia and Turkey. Although we took an active part in the signing of the Zurich protocols in 2010, we warned not to hope to give full priority to this idea and not to expect that these protocols can come into force regardless of the resolution of the Nagorno Garabagh conflict. We had serious doubts”, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov said at joint press conference on the finals of his meeting with Armenian counterpart Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
