The goal and plans to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia are still on the minds of European leaders, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at his annual press conference, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
He noted that NATO is seriously preparing for war with Russia.
Lavrov recalled the statement of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz that "Germany must have a strong army again."
The Foreign Minister emphasized that European countries are trying to convince Donald Trump to change his position on Ukraine: "They are seriously preparing for war with Russia."
