"The European Union (EU) and the United States are undermining stability in the South Caucasus, attempting to meddle in the efforts between Armenia and Azerbaijan," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in his speech at the UN General Assembly, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"Now that Yerevan and Baku have resolved the issue of mutual recognition of sovereignty, it is time to strengthen trust and peaceful coexistence. The Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh will assist in any way possible," emphasized the head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
