Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed preparations for the next round of direct bilateral Russia-Ukraine talks, scheduled for June 2 in Istanbul, with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports citing the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It was stated that Lavrov and Fidan discussed preparations for the next round of direct bilateral Russia-Ukraine negotiations to be held on June 2 in Istanbul.
Note that the first round of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv on the settlement of the Ukraine conflict took place in Istanbul on May 16–17.
