They mentioned the long-standing traditions of friendship and good-neighborliness between the Russian and Afghan peoples. The parties emphasized mutual interest in increasing cooperation between the two countries in the trade, economic, and humanitarian spheres, strengthening regional security, including combating terrorism and drug trafficking.
