Investigations revealed that detained suspects planned to manipulate public sentiment by circulating fabricated videos showing foreigners allegedly committing violence against an ethnic Kyrgyz woman. The plotters aimed to incite nationalist sentiments before deploying armed groups to provoke riots in areas densely populated by foreign nationals.
Security forces successfully detained all members of the conspiratorial group during special operations. Authorities confirmed the plot was orchestrated from abroad, though no specific country was named in initial reports.
