"Kyiv is not ready to resolve the Ukraine conflict through negotiations," the Press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, said, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, Russia is ready for negotiations.
"There has been no progress regarding Ukraine's readiness for negotiations. Moscow is open to resolving the situation in Ukraine through talks, but Kyiv is not ready for this.
Since there is still no progress on Ukraine's readiness for negotiations, we are continuing our operation. We see the dynamics, and the dynamics speak for themselves: we are advancing," the Kremlin spokesperson emphasized.
