The level of strategic partnership between Russia and China makes it possible to be sure that establishment of China's relations with other countries will not be aimed against Russian Federation, said press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

"Certainly, China uses its sovereign rights to establish relations with other countries. Moreover, the importance of establishing a predictable relationship between China and the United States should not be underestimated," Peskov said.
